Terms of Service

1. The platform

Valhalla operates a shared event ticketing platform. Independent organizers (including Valhalla itself) may create and sell tickets for their own events. Consumers discover events, purchase tickets, and access passes in one account.

2. Consumers

• You are responsible for accurate account details and for presenting a valid paid pass (QR / ticket ID) at entry.
• Ticket prices, sale windows, age rules, and venue policies are set by the event organizer and shown on the event page.
• Payments may be completed via the configured provider (for example WhatsApp confirmation or Razorpay). A pass activates only after payment is confirmed.
• Cancellations, postponements, and material schedule/venue changes may be communicated in-app and, when configured, via outbound notification channels.

3. Organizers

• Organizer accounts require platform approval before events can be submitted for publication.
• You may manage only your own events, ticket types, attendees, and sales data. Accessing another organizer's private data is prohibited.
• Published content must be lawful, accurate, and consistent with Valhalla community standards. The platform may reject, hide, or suspend accounts for fraud, spam, or safety issues.

4. Platform rights

Valhalla may moderate organizers and events, process payments as the configured merchant of record for the MVP, and retain purchase records needed for support, refunds, and audit. Organizer payouts are not part of the current product surface unless separately contracted.
